Your saved meals

The downloadable meal prep calendar stores your meal choices in this browser on your device; it does not send those entries to our server. Downloaded backups stay where you save them. Clear this site's browser data to remove local entries.

Your selected meals, missing ingredients and servings also stay in this browser when local storage is available. They do not synchronize between devices. Clearing this site's browser data removes saved selections.

Shopping links and Amazon referrals

The site checks whether shopping features are configured. Amazon affiliate links include our store ID so Amazon can attribute qualifying purchases to this site. Opening a merchant link takes you to that merchant, whose privacy policy applies.

When you follow an Amazon link, Amazon may receive referral, IP address, browser and device information and may place or recognize cookies or similar technologies for attribution and advertising. Amazon provides referral and commission reports to us. We do not ask for your Amazon password or card details, and we do not send your saved meal plan or grocery list to Amazon.

Copying or saving your grocery list does not send it to a store account. Downloaded planner and cookbook files do not contain our Amazon tracking tag. The direct Instacart integration is currently disabled.

Walmart carts

After you review package choices, the Walmart cart button opens Walmart with the selected product IDs and package quantities in its link. Walmart handles sign-in, location, availability, substitutions, cart storage and payment under its own privacy policy. These cart links are currently ordinary links without Sarina affiliate attribution. Custom product links and package choices are held in this open shopping dialog; they are not sent to Sarina\'s server.

Hosting

Render hosts this website, Supabase stores order records, and Hostinger manages the domain and DNS. Providers may process technical access logs, including IP addresses, as part of delivering and securing the service. This site does not add advertising pixels, newsletter signup or marketing analytics.

Payments and support

Paid checkout is closed. If it opens later, Stripe will host payment entry and the site will store order references and the purchase calendar year to verify downloads. Card numbers will remain with Stripe. A support form, when enabled, sends the entered email, reference and message for owner review; do not include payment credentials or sensitive health information.
