Cookbook help.
Your digital download
Save and unzip your cookbook package. Open the PDF in a PDF reader and the meal prep calendar and grocery guide in your browser. Digital files only; no physical book is shipped.
Your meal prep calendar
The calendar is prepared for the year of your completed purchase in U.S. Eastern time. Later downloads keep that same year. Use Save a backup to keep your edits before clearing browser data or moving devices. Optional calendar imports do not enable email reminders or cloud synchronization.
Shop for a recipe
Open a recipe grocery list, adjust servings and select what you need. Choose a store, review product packages and quantities, then finish at the retailer.
